Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase our handmade crochet items. We'll send you an order confirmation, and payment is processed at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are made specifically for you based on your specifications. Once we begin production, custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned. Please review your custom order details carefully before confirming.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to ship orders within our stated processing times, but please note that handmade items may occasionally take longer during busy seasons. Shipping times vary by carrier and destination. We're not responsible for carrier delays, but we'll do our best to help track down any issues.

Product Accuracy

Each item is lovingly handmade, so slight variations in color, size, and appearance are natural and part of the charm of handcrafted goods. We do our best to represent colors accurately in photos, but screens may display colors differently.
