Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Willow Ann Crochet, we pour time, care, and attention into every single stitch. Because we offer a mix of ready-made items and bespoke, custom commissions, our refund and cancellation terms vary by item type.

1. Ready-Made (Standard) Items

• Cancellations: If you change your mind, you may request a full cancellation and refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped.

• After Shipping: Once a ready-made item has been handed over to the carrier, it falls under our standard return window. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition at the buyer's expense.
  Restocking fees: As all Items are hand made we do not assess restocking fees for returns.
  

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items (Including Pet Recreations)

• All Sales Are Final: Because custom pieces are handmade sequentially and crafted specifically to your individual requests, we cannot accept cancellations, modifications, or refunds once payment is confirmed and materials are allocated.

• Artistic Interpretation: Custom items (such as pet recreations) are unique artistic interpretations based on the photos you provide. By purchasing, you acknowledge that exact photographic replicas are not possible. We will work with you throughout the process with photographic updates so we can ensure we get your item to you as close to your expectations as possible.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please notify us directly at contact@willowanncrochet.com within 14 days of delivery with photo documentation so we can issue a return label and make it right.
