We are incredibly excited to get your handmade crochet items safely to your doorstep! Because every item is individually handcrafted with care, our processing times reflect our commitment to quality.

1. Order Processing & Handling Times

Orders are processed and created strictly in the order they are received.

  • Ready-Made Items: Ships within 1 to 2 business days of your purchase date (excluding weekends and major holidays).

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Because these pieces are individually handmade just for you, production timelines depend on our current order volume. Handcrafting time typically ranges from 7 to 14 business days for production.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

We do not charge flat handling fees; all shipping costs are calculated dynamically in real-time at checkout based on package weight and your delivery location.

  • Carrier Networks: We ship exclusively via USPS and UPS. You will be able to select your preferred carrier option dynamically at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Window: 3 to 7 business days once handed over to the carrier (depending on the transit service selected at checkout).

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all valid addresses within the United States and its territories, including full support for APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. (Note: Military and PO Box addresses must select USPS at checkout).

4. Tracking Your Order

The moment your package is labeled and ready for drop-off, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your official tracking number so you can follow its journey.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or experiences severe carrier delays, please notify us directly at contact@willowanncrochet.com within 30 days of your original purchase date. We will partner with the carrier to investigate and ensure a replacement resolution is issued.

6. Address Accuracy at Checkout

Please double-check your shipping address during the checkout process. Willow Ann Crochet is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
